INTEGRATED BODYWORK
Your posture and body mechanics are assessed and the fascia system is manipulated using techniques influenced by Structural Integration. We'll work to achieve more balance and spaciousness in your body and movement. This massage therapy session is sometimes participatory in nature in that there may be cued movement and breathwork.
This is recommended to be done within a series of visits. However clients also request only 1 to 3 visits.

PAYMENT & MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
We do not bill medical insurance directly. We can provide you with the proper documentation to file with your medical insurance company, if you wish to pay out-of-pocket and bill them personally. Insurance plans vary by contract. Your insurance company will most likely require a script or doctor's order (Rx) for therapy reimbursement. It is your responsibility to obtain one from your medical provider or you might download the 'Prescription/Referral' form on our Client Forms page. Depending on your insurance requirements, your referral may be from a physician, osteopathic physician, pediatric physician, surgeon, naturopath, chiropractor, physician assistant, psychologist, optometrist, or advanced registered nurse practitioner licensed to practice in Oregon State. Please contact your insurance provider directly with questions you may have regarding your massage therapy benefits.

There is a cancellation fee for cancelled and missed appointments without a 14 hour notice.
We politely decline gratuity for private treatments. Referral to family and friends is always appreciated, or providing a testimonial informs others how they may be supported.
Call out service is available for home visits. Extra fees may apply.
5% discount is offered to clients who commute in by bike/public transportation.
