MASSAGE Therapy & BodyWork
The client will be asked if there is a modality that resonates with them. I will ask consent to read pulses as a diagnostic tool, and allow for the wisdom of the client's body to guide my approach to treatment. First touch may be unconventional, and overall intention is based on presence and listening. I gladly support you with reduction of musculoskeletal tension or symptoms of pain, injury or injury prevention, and/or psychosomatically.
Following an intake and assessment of your specific needs for a therapeutic session, techniques may include:

What to wear: Client may undress to level of comfort. Draped session. Integrative Bodywork requires full coverage bra, underwear or workout shorts. Craniosacral therapy may be done over loose fitting clothes.

New clients: A pediatric session is 60 minutes to offer clients time to build rapport with me. If the client does not use the full 60 minutes, the rest of the session may be used to support the parent/guardian who is present. An hour session may also be educational time to equip the client with self-care practices that may address the needs of a cared recipient such as the child, a partner, family member, and/or themselves. There is a cancellation fee for cancelled and missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
I do not bill medical insurance directly. I can provide you with the proper documentation to file with your medical insurance company, if you wish to pay out-of-pocket and bill them personally. Please contact your insurance provider with questions you may have regarding your massage therapy benefits.
